Our security doors production

Our production is technologically advanced: Alias has introduced the forming instead of the traditional press-brake production methods that have been using for 30 years in the security doors field. Through the forming phase, the galvanized sheet metal is transformed in continuous section profiles After, these profiles are assembled and laser welded by a last generation machine.
A great part of our production department  is dedicated to the joinery where the panels are cut, milled, pantographed. The final assembly is carried out in 2 different lines: the first is a semi-automatized conveyer where the 80% of our doors is assembled; the second one is dedicated to the non standard doors that are assembled by an operator.
